Another branch of the chain cosmetics store Bonjour was chased for rent, and the owner of the Tongluo shop filed a claim for rent, demanding Bonjour to pay 4.28 million rent arrears and return the shop.
The plaintiffs are Rijing Investment Co., Ltd. and Binyu Investment Co., Ltd., and the defendants are Bonjour Cosmetics Wholesale Center Co., Ltd.
The filing revealed that the shops with rent arrears were No. 535 and 537 Lockhart Road, Causeway Bay. The plaintiff requested the defendant to pay the rent arrears with interest and also demanded the defendant to return the shops.
