The SBS company is setting up a coworking area in its new building in the Weyarn industrial park.
This offers space for start-ups and young entrepreneurs.

- If you are already building a new one, then it will be big enough - that's what Thomas and Conny Seebauer thought when the space for their company SBS, which moved to the Am Weiglfeld industrial estate in Weyarn in 2016, became too small.
The plans for the new building were therefore generous, so that there is now room for a coworking area.
The idea is very popular. Mayor Leonhard Wöhr (CSU) is pleased that start-ups and young entrepreneurs have the opportunity to network here. And Alexander Schmid from the Miesbach location marketing company (SMG) is also optimistic. “It won't be an issue to get the offices and workplaces full,” he says. In fact, the first interested parties have already made reservations, reports Conny Seebauer. “Moving in is planned for September at the latest, maybe it will work in August,” she says.
The floors are currently being laid: carpets with jungle and water motifs. The Seebauers want the people who work in the new house to feel comfortable and have commissioned an interior designer with the design. The new building has three floors. The Seebauers will use one of them for their own company. Coworking is planned on one floor, and at the top there will be three individually designed rooms - suitable for meetings, conferences, workshops, lectures and courses. Roof terrace included. Anyone who rents in the coworking area only has to bring their laptop, explains Conny Seebauer, and a chair that can also be bought on site. Around ten single desks are planned in an expected two offices as well as around ten office units, i.e. closed rooms with one to four workstations. Desks,Shelves and the complete infrastructure are available. “Every unit has secure WLAN,” says Seebauer. The individual offices are electronically secured. Those who rent one have access there around the clock. A bistro is available for everyone. Self-service during the day: fruit, coffee, tea, drinks, pretzels and snacks. At lunchtime, a caterer should deliver warm meals that you order in advance. The proximity to the motorway in particular also makes the location interesting for larger companies that are based in the state capital, for example, says Schmid from SMG. "They can then rent rooms and the employees don't have to commute to Munich every day."
