The idea behind the concept of a coworking space is to use office space by several companies, mostly young, individual traders or employees.
Regensburg: coworking spaces at different locations
In cooperation with the Regensburg * coworking operator EduRent, the district is now also supporting the new concept financially.
“The district's idea is to establish coworking spaces at different locations in the district,” said Roland Weiß from the business development agency.
According to the report, the place is a great option, especially for employees, companies or freelancers, as well as Start-P founders or craftsmen.
A total of twenty workplaces are available.
District of Regensburg: Coworking space for rent
The monthly full rent of a workstation starts at 120 euros plus VAT.
The first three months are free of charge, the costs for the first twenty contracts are covered by the district office.
From the fourth month onwards, a job costs 60 euros.
Here EduRent pays half of the total amount for three months.
