The member of the Topos de México rescue brigade, Fernando Álvarez, explains in an interview with María Alejandra Requena the estimated period of time in which rescuers could find someone alive among the rubble of the 12-story building partially collapsed in Surfside, near Miami Beach, Florida.
So far, 11 people have died in the tragedy and 150 people are still missing.
