When the restaurant manager was suspected of applying for the anti-epidemic anti-epidemic fund subsidy program, he falsely claimed that he was operating a party room business and attempted to defraud the government of 40,000 yuan. He was charged with one crime of attempted fraud. The case was brought to the Eastern District Court today (29th).
The defense applied for adjourning the case to August 10 to obtain documents from the prosecution and prepare legal opinions, which was approved by the court, during which the defendant could continue to go out on bail.
