Two young men, including a minor, were indicted Tuesday after the death of a 20-year-old man who suffered a stab wound during a brawl on Sunday in Plomelin, near Quimper, announced the public prosecutor of Brest.

The two young men, in an irregular situation, "
were referred this morning to the Brest prosecutor's office and presented to the examining magistrate,
" Camille Miansoni said during a meeting with the press.

These two people took part in the fight.
On the other hand, the exact circumstances of the stab wounds and in particular the fatal stab wounds have not yet been specified
", he added, announcing the opening of a judicial investigation for"
murder, attempted murder and aggravated voluntary violence
”.
The victim was fatally shot in the heart.
Three exonerated
The two young men, born in 2000 and 2003, were indicted, "
for the moment, for the qualification of aggravated voluntary violence
" and placed in pre-trial detention, the prosecutor said.
In total, five people were arrested Monday in connection with this case.
Three were exonerated.
One of the two young men indicted was injured in the hand during the brawl which brought together around thirty people.
This "
generalized fight
" occurred in a parking lot at dawn Sunday morning at the end of a private party in which a hundred people participated, according to the magistrate.
"
There are potentially other people who participated in the fight,
" he said.
