As the days go by, the stories that help us to measure the tragedy that occurred in the Surfside building are known.
The following is that of Jannet Rodríguez, a Honduran who works taking care of an elderly person in the building that was left standing.
They were on the ninth floor and when the other tower collapsed she did not hesitate for a second to stay until they were rescued even though she could go down the stairs, but the lady who looked after could not.
