Tomorrow, the 52nd Cairo International Book Fair will be launched in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, under the slogan (In reading is life), with the participation of 1218 publishers from 25 countries, including Syria.
In a statement to SANA's reporter in Cairo, Haitham Hafez, head of the Syrian Publishers Union, said that more than 70 Syrian publishers will participate in the exhibition, pointing out that the Syrian publisher brings with him the best Syrian books in all fields, especially those for children, knowledge books and translation books.
Hafez indicated that there will be an expanded meeting between the Syrian and Egyptian Publishers Association to enhance cultural cooperation between the two countries and develop the publishing case to serve the Syrian and Egyptian readers.
It is noteworthy that the Cairo International Book Fair, which will be held amid precautionary measures due to the Corona pandemic, will continue until the fifteenth of next July.
