The head of the Idlib Chamber of Agriculture, Jamil Aqrin, announced the start of the implementation of a new mechanism to provide loans for agricultural tractors to the people of the areas liberated from terrorism in the governorate, which includes canceling the real estate guarantee for the loan and only the guarantee of the tractor with the guarantee of two citizens.
Eqrin told SANA reporter that the new mechanism will make it easier for the people of the liberated areas to obtain agricultural tractors, especially with the difficulty of obtaining real estate data as a result of the sabotage that affected all real estate departments in the governorate due to terrorism.
He also pointed to the need to provide the requirements of agricultural production to the governorate, invest all agricultural areas, and activate the activity of the Central Bank branch in Idlib to ease the burdens of obtaining various types of agricultural loans for farmers.
