In Holzkirchen, 23 of the 69 graduates are high school graduates, two of which have passed the Abi with 1.0.
In Tegernsee, 21 out of 73 students achieved a one before the decimal point.
Among them are also two with a grade of 1.0.
The Gymnasium Miesbach is happy about 42 of 120 students who got a one before the decimal point - and also two who passed their Abitur with 1.0.
As reported in the Bavarian section, the number of very good high school graduates has increased since the introduction of the eight-year grammar school, which experts attribute not least to the fact that oral and written performance in the upper level are rated in a ratio of 1: 1 - and many students are better verbally than in writing .
With a view to the pandemic-related exceptional situation in which this year's Abitur exams took place, the headmaster of the Holzkirchen grammar school, Axel Kisters, emphasizes: "The students were given nothing for free, they can be very satisfied with their performance." Compare this year's average for the Holzkirchen grammar school with the previous year's average of 2.23, the difference is not statistically significant.
The upper school coordinator of the Miesbach grammar school, Veronika Walther says: "It does not seem that the Abitur suffered from Corona." Werner Oberholzner, head of the Tegernsee grammar school: "We are satisfied with the results."
Unfortunately - as every year - some students did not pass the Abitur this year either.
