Eviatar residents received the final compromise outline for evacuating the outpost
The statement from the Samaria Regional Council states that the residents have finally accepted the compromise proposal, and will leave their homes by the weekend. The main change is that the settlement and settlement meeting will take place in Eviatar only after it is determined that it is state land.

The residents of Eviatar received last night (Wednesday) the final compromise outline for regulating the place and will leave their homes by the end of the week, according to a statement from the Samaria Regional Council.
The outline includes most of the details of the previous outline, but the significant change is that only after a legal examination of the land and after it has been determined that it is state lands, will a settlement meeting take place and later a settlement by law.
The Samaria Council's decision was made after a long eight-hour discussion at Rabbi Chaim Druckman's home.
The meeting was attended by Rabbi Shomron Rabbi Eliakim Lebanon, Rabbi Dudi Dodkevich, Rabbi Yitzhar, Shomron Regional Council Chairman Yossi Dagan, Deputy Council Chairman David Ben Zion, Nahala Movement leaders Daniela Weiss, Zvi Elimelech Sharaf and other members of the Emunim Sukkot deer.

According to the outline, after the families leave, a company of soldiers will arrive at their place until the end of the land survey.
"The outline agreed upon is not the outline of our dreams," said Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria Regional Council. "But each side is coming towards the other for the unity of Israel in these difficult days of division among the people. This agreement obliges us to not simple steps, the houses will remain, the army rises immediately, and in a few months after the completion of the survey and declaration of state lands "Settlement is organized in accordance with the law and the glory of the State of Israel."
One of the leaders of the Nahala movement, Daniela Weiss, joined Dagan in his statement and said that "we have made the right decision for the people of Israel and the Land of Israel. The strengths of Eviatar's residents reflect on the Zionist atmosphere."
Another leader of the Nahala movement, Zvi Elimelech Shrevef, criticized the government and said that "we have reached this good mountain to add Jewish settlement. We have great sorrow that while the Israeli government does not deal with Arab construction, it finds the energies to destroy a Jewish settlement."
"The locality of Eviatar is the correct Zionist answer to the terrorist attacks."

Eviatar residents said: "We must settle out of a sense of mission and the power of the public. We believe that despite the great difficulty, the outline is progress and another step in the building of the Land of Israel."
Eviatar has 50 buildings, including a kindergarten and a synagogue.
Central Command General Tamir Yedai recently issued an order that ostensibly allows the outpost to be evacuated immediately, and residents have appealed his decision.
Last week he rejected the appeal, residents were expected to file a petition to the High Court for a postponement of the eviction, but the Samaria Regional Council announced this week that they were expected to agree to the eviction outline.
