Confirmed as a
candidate, Florencio Randazzo stepped on
Wednesday studies Todo Noticias with the clear purpose to differentiate themselves
from Alberto Fernandez, Mauricio Macri and its political former head, Cristina Kirchner, about who today says:
"Most
Argentines
do not according to your course
.
"
"I
do not have personal problems with Cristina; on
the contrary, he has offered me to be a candidate for governor in 2015 and first national deputy in 2017. I do not agree with Cristina's view of where Argentina should go," he replied Randazzo when asked in
Two Voices
if "he
had made peace"
with the former president.
He added: "
Cristina is an important leader
for Argentine politics, but the majority of Argentines do not agree on the direction she proposes. The course of the results clearly indicates that
the results are not good
for Argentina."
For Randazzo, that bad direction can be enumerated.
"The public services provided by the State are getting worse and worse; it does not promote development; we have
inflation
that does not allow us to grow and generate employment ...", he explained.
The allusion that the "course" depends on the vice president did not seem like a minor reference in the mouth of her former minister, but rather
a two-way chicane
towards her and the real power of Alberto Fernández.
The avenue of the middle that is "new way"
The truth is that today Randazzo, already in campaign mode, seeks to locate himself in the
center of the crack
.
That is why he pointed out that
"the result of Macri and Alberto
is the same: more poverty, more workers in the informal sector and less quality in services."
He was even more direct: "
It is a trap to have to choose between Macrismo and Kirchnerism
; we have come to propose something different."
What then did Randazzo say about the President?
"
It did not respond to the expectations
that the majority of Argentines had," he said.
He denied - as was rumored - that he had met
with the president in recent days - "the last time I saw him was in 2019 in Chivilcoy," he said - and also
denied that CFK had vetoed him
from Fernández's cabinet.
And about Macri?
"I never had any expectations
about him. The problems that remained from 2015, he exacerbated them," added the former Kirchner minister.
In turn, the Peronist leader avoided arguing with the Government regarding the strategy of the pandemic and limited himself to underlining: "I would ask the Government
to vaccinate with all vaccines
."
Anyway, Randazzo says that he is not "in the wide avenue of the middle" (Sergio Massa dixit), but that he seeks to generate a "new path" together with leaders such as Juan Manuel Urtubey, Roberto Lavagna and Graciela Camaño.
A clarification that
sounded like a slogan
.
And he confirmed: "I am going to be a candidate."
The campaign has already started.
