A 40-year-old man with Down's syndrome has been missing since Monday, June 28, reports

He was last seen in Lacaune, in the Tarn.
The gendarmerie and volunteers are still looking for him.

Eric Perez disappeared around 4 p.m. Monday while he was out for a walk with other residents of the nursing home for disabled adults at Circonstancie in Lacaune.
According to information from France 3, he escaped the vigilance of the two educators who supervised this group of six residents during an outing on the greenway between Lacaune and Gijounet.
Deemed worrying, this disappearance mobilized 40 volunteers and 40 soldiers, as well as a drone and a helicopter to try to find Eric Perez.
The Tarn gendarmerie has launched a call for witnesses on its Facebook page.
Eric Perez is very thin, small (about 1.50m), brown hair, brown eyes, he wears dark clothes. Anyone with information can call 17 or the Lacaune gendarmerie directly on 05 63 37 61 04.
