The Council of the Magistracy appointed Juan Carlos Cubría, the son of Judge María Servini, in the commission that is in charge of controlling the magistrates.
It was after a proposal from the ruling bloc that added the six own votes plus that of the Lavagnista councilor Graciela Camaño that he returned to in tune with the sector that responds to the Government.
Cubría will from now on be secretary of the Discipline and Accusation Commission, a key commission, since from there the investigations against the magistrates are advanced or stopped.
"He will have access and knowledge of all the files that are entered," said a source from the Council who was against that designation.
Opposition representatives on the Council rejected the appointment, but instead of voting against they abstained.
One of the most striking details is that the president of the Disciplinary Commission is Judge Ricardo Recondo, who aligns himself with the opposition.
Not even he endorsed Cubría that in fact he will have to respond to him.
