Local sources told SANA reporter that the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation forces from the so-called “Hamzat Division” terrorist kidnapped two civilians from the village of Kolyan Tahtani in the Afrin region northwest of Aleppo, and they blackmailed their families and demanded exorbitant financial ransoms and in foreign currency in exchange for their release.

The sources indicated that terrorist groups from the "Al-Hamzat Division" also launched a campaign of raids that accompanied an operation to intimidate the people, especially children and women, by firing shots in the village of Hasan Kalkawi in the Afrin region, and kidnapped four civilians and took them to an unknown destination.

In the same context, local sources reported that the mercenaries of the so-called "Sultan Murad" seized a house and agricultural land belonging to a resident of the border village of Zaari with Turkey after kidnapping, torturing and abusing him, before asking his relatives to pay a ransom in foreign currency.
