The association "d 'Buachhamer" offers three different tours on the history of the city for all interested parties as part of the "Puchheimer G'schichtspfads".
Participation is free.
It starts this Sunday, July 4th, in Puchheim-Ort.
Business in the old Puchheim town
Puchheim - The honorary chairman of the association, Johann Aichner, will go into the subject of "Economics in the old Puchheim town" on agriculture, but also on the diverse trades.
The meeting point is at 6.30 p.m. at the rectory parking lot.
The tour lasts around one and a half hours.
Nothing going on without garbage
The next tour is primarily aimed at families.
The title is “nothing going on without rubbish”.
It's about how the Munich rubbish got to Puchheim and how it was recycled back then.
Michaela von Hagen will lead the tour.
It will take place on Sunday, July 18th.
The meeting point is at 3 p.m. at the history board opposite Harbeckhof at Allinger Straße 18. The whole thing takes around 45 minutes.
Aviation pioneers and prisoners of war
The third city tour is about “Aviation Pioneers and Prisoners of War”, a foray from the first civil airfield in Bavaria via the prisoner-of-war camp to today's settlement.
Association chairwoman Marianne Schuon will give details on these topics on Sunday, August 8th.
The participants meet at 6.30 p.m. at the sports center, Bürgermeister-Ertl-Straße 1. Duration: around an hour.
