The obligation to wear a mask has generally been relaxed in recent weeks: it was notably lifted outside on June 17.
But in business, wearing a mask remains systematic at this stage in closed collective places, such as open spaces.
He must also be associated with a distance of at least one meter from his colleagues.
Relaxation for vaccinated people
Some exceptions to this rule: an employee who works alone in his office has the right to remove his mask, as well as people working in a workshop, who can enforce a distance of two meters, and who benefit from good working conditions. 'aeration.
In addition, employees who work outside also have the right to remove the mask, except in the event of regrouping.
The supervision of wearing a mask therefore remains restrictive.
But the Ministry of Labor is now considering relaxing the health rules for people vaccinated.
