Quite apart from that, there is a legitimate requirement that the local council be informed when a local council wants to inspect files.
This is currently the case.

With a bit of bad luck, it could be three weeks before she got the decision in her hands. To make things go faster, she would have welcomed it if only the mayor had to be involved. The procedure would be accelerated and the benefit would be to make work easier. The inspection of files does not happen often, but from time to time.
