According to the Hong Kong University’s "Academy" report, the President of the University of Hong Kong, Zhang Xiang, sent an email to the school today (2nd) stating that Hayward, William G., Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, will not seek re-election as Dean after the contract expires.
