The authorities of the Turkish regime issued arrest warrants for 60 people on the pretext of their association with the organization of the preacher Fethullah Gulen, whom this regime accuses of being behind the 2016 coup attempt.
The Anadolu Agency, a spokeswoman for the regime, quoted security sources as saying that the Public Prosecution Office in the capital, Ankara, issued arrest warrants against 60 people, 30 of whom were arbitrarily expelled from public institutions, noting that arrests were carried out in Ankara and 34 provinces, which have resulted in 20 arrests so far. .
The regime of Recep Tayyip Erdogan continues its crackdown campaigns against its opponents in various Turkish cities and regions. Over the past years, thousands of civilians and soldiers have been arrested, in addition to dismissal or suspension of work against about 150,000 workers in the government, the army, the judiciary, education and other institutions.
