On Monday, he had already been taken into police custody after a complaint from his ex-partner and mother of their 4-year-old daughter, Sandra P., and was not allowed to see her.
The thirty-something, Mickaël F., is currently being heard in the premises of the judicial police in Bordeaux.
He is suspected of having fatally stabbed his ex-girlfriend on Friday around 9:00 am at her home, a small house in a residential area of Bordeaux.
The ex-spouse with whom the young woman had been separated since January was arrested shortly after by the Raid police while he was holed up in his apartment, 400 m.

Complaint for telephone harassment
Sentenced six times (narcotics, traffic offenses), the ex-spouse had never been convicted of violence. But since the beginning of the year, the victim said he had been harassed and had twice reported to the police and the prosecution the behavior of his ex-companion. On January 6, she filed a first complaint testifying to the "multiple messages" that her ex-companion, Mickaël F. sends her and "which worries her", explained to AFP the public prosecutor Frédérique Porterie.

Then on March 30, the young woman files a new complaint for telephone harassment which ends Monday in the custody of the ex-spouse.
Referred to the Bordeaux prosecutor's office, he received a summons to appear in court on November 16 to answer for "repeated sending of malicious messages (...) between January 3 and June 17".
Pending trial, he was prohibited from coming into contact with the young woman.
