Parents from Be'er Sheva were arrested today (Sunday) on suspicion of stealing bath bags on a beach in Herzliya, using their four- and eight-month-old children as camouflage.
The couple was arrested as part of an undercover operation by detectives from the Glilot police station.
Detectives spotted a man and a woman behaving suspiciously, and at the end of surveillance - caught them while trying to steal two bags from women on the beach.
According to the suspicion, the two came to the city imbued with the aim of stealing the bathers' property.
In order not to arouse suspicion, they took the children with them, and stole from the bathers with the help of another suspect.

Detectives returned the stolen files to the bathers and arrested the suspects for questioning at the police station.
According to the needs of the investigation and its findings, the police said, they will be brought to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court for a hearing on extending their detention.
