Burns in the respiratory tract.
That was the cause of the death of the president of the Berazategui School Council, Héctor Aníbal Peñalva (50), who was found partially charred and inside his car set on fire.
According to the autopsy, the man
did not present any other injury
, so at the moment there are no indications of the participation of another person or of a malicious act, judicial sources reported.
Prosecutor Cristian Granados, from the decentralized Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 2 of Berazategui, received in the last hours the preliminary results of the autopsy.

"So far we have nothing about the participation of a third party," said the researcher consulted and clarified that, beyond the fact that there are no indications of a malicious act, they will continue investigating and making expertises.
How was the fact
Everything happened on Saturday morning, at the corner of 33rd and 159th avenues, in Berazategui, in the southern part of Greater Buenos Aires, where Peñalva was found dead inside a Peugeot 405.
The man was alone inside the cabin, on the driver's side and parked on the street.

At one point, smoke began to come out of the car, so they immediately notified the 911 emergency phone and called the fire department, who found the body partially charred after putting out the fire.
Peñalva served as president of the Honorable Berazategui School Council.
