In the context of celebrating literary and cultural statures, Dr. Lubana Mushouh, Minister of Culture, honored the writer Haider Haider and the plastic artist Dr. Mamdouh Al-Nabulsi in their homes in appreciation of their giving and their path in enriching the cultural movement in Syria.

In a statement to reporters, the Minister of Culture confirmed that the writer Haider is known for his rich giving, even if his health condition prevents him from being on the cultural platforms at the current stage, but his literary and intellectual tender is present and we are waiting for more of his creativity to be published in the Syrian General Book Authority.

Mushawah expressed her happiness to be in the workshop and exhibition of Dr. Al-Nabulsi, who has white hands in the artistic and syndicate plastic movement in Syria, and his clear impact on the educational field in general.

The writer Haidar noted this initiative, which shows interest and appreciation for the people of literature and culture, while Al-Nabulsi stressed that this visit means a lot to him and wished the Ministry of Culture to sponsor his next exhibition, which he is currently attending.

It is noteworthy that the writer Haider Haider was born in the village of Haseen al-Bahr in Tartous governorate in 1936, a graduate of the Institute of Educational Teachers in Aleppo in 1954, and began the teaching profession in the governorate of Damascus. He is a member of the Arab Writers Union. .

The artist, Dr. Mamdouh Nabulsi, was born in Tartous in 1941, a graduate of the second batch of the Faculty of Fine Arts, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of “Damascus” in 1976 and a PhD in Art History from the University of Bucharest. He participated in many individual, group and official exhibitions. He is the founder of the (Musical and Artistic Club) in Tartous City and a member of the Arab Plastic Artists Union.
