At about 9 am today (5th), a woman fell from a building at 17-29 Fei Fung Street, Wong Tai Sin.
Police officers arrived at the scene. The 61-year-old woman surnamed Lei fell into a coma. She was sent to Guanghua Hospital for treatment and was later certified dead.
After preliminary investigation, it is believed that the female victim fell from a unit on the previous site. The police officer did not seize the suicide note at the scene. The cause of her death has yet to be determined after an autopsy.
It is understood that the female victim has a record of emotional illness.
