Clalit Health Fund employees sat today (Monday) between the hours of 15: 00-07: 00, due to disputes with the Ministry of Finance over a delay in updating the salaries of administrative and economic employees.
The Histadrut announced that the Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court last night allowed Clalit employees to strike.
According to the Histadrut, this is an eight-hour warning strike at the hospitals and clinics of Clalit Health Fund.
The strike includes administrative and economic workers, his auxiliary force and paramedics, IDF academics, technicians and practical engineers, second-generation engineers and workers. "It may affect the negotiations between the parties," said Regional Labor Court Judge Yafit Mizrahi Levy.

"Clalit Health Services employees do not deserve a unique salary update, after years of not receiving an update," reads a letter sent to the employees by the chairman of the National Committee of Clalit Health Insurance Employees, Prosper Ben Hamo.
"The Clalit Health Insurance Organization will not allow them to take advantage of their dedication and mislead the aforementioned employees, who are one of the pillars of Clalit Health Services as the world's leading health organization, on weekdays, and easy in times of crisis, as we predicted in the Corona period."
It added: "We will continue to fight for the workers who deserve the supplement, as agreed with the HMO management in 2019. Today the court, I am glad that the judge understood our just struggle, for the benefit of the workers who deserve the supplement, and allowed us to go on strike, starting tomorrow from 7:00 to 15:00 ".

In hospitals, striking workers will work in emergency situations in outpatient services, including clinics, institutes and day hospitals.
The operating room will work as usual.
In the inpatient wards the striking workers will work in emergency situations.
In the intensive care units the striking workers will work to a limited extent as required.
In the departments of preterm infants, mammals, maternity wards, dialysis, oncology, fertility and intensive care units - all staffs will work as usual.
In community clinics, striking workers will work in emergency clinics.
The services that will be excluded from the strike and will continue to be provided: home care, insulin administration, fertility treatment, treatment of oncology patients, dialysis treatment, gastro institute and day hospitalization units.
Centers will operate in an emergency format.
In addition, tests and corona vaccines will be conducted as usual.
The Department of Defense will operate as usual.
Urgent treatments, surgeries and imaging - will be excluded from the strike.
The Histadrut stated that localities in the periphery where there is only one Clalit clinic will be excluded from the strike, and that an announcement will be made later.
The workers' union said it would be updated "in accordance with meetings to be held in the coming week between the wage commissioner, the chairman of the Histadrut, and the general manager."
