A woman from Munich forgot a briefcase with money and jewelry worth 20,000 euros on the S-Bahn.
A refugee family found the valuable bag - and took it to the police.
A 55-year-old woman from Munich who was on the S 7 in the direction of Wolfratshausen last Friday evening was very lucky. With her she had a briefcase with cash and jewelry worth 20,000 euros. When she got off the S-Bahn, she stopped thinking about the bag she had put down next to her and left it on the S-Bahn. Shortly before the Ebenhausen stop, three members of a Syrian refugee family, a 14-year-old schoolgirl, a 17-year-old and a 30-year-old, discovered the suitcase in the S-Bahn and took it away. They then took him to the police in Grünwald. The officers were able to locate the owner, who was overjoyed to pick up her bag in the presence of the honest finder.
