Voluntary resignation can avoid salary recovery
If the relevant district board member voluntarily resigns before the DQ, will the result be different?
The politician who knows the situation said that since he has resigned, the authorities are not expected to examine whether he has violated the negative list. The case will be "frozen" and not processed, in a disguised way to avoid being repaid.
Last year, the monthly salary of district councillors was 35,070 yuan. This year, it will be adjusted to 35,000 yuan. If from January last year to June this year, each district councilor will repay 630,000 yuan in salary; and the operating expenses allowance of the office of the councillors will be used up. 46,000 yuan per month, totaling 830,000 yuan in 18 months.
The sum of these two sums is nearly 1.5 million yuan. According to the news, the government, after detailed research, has determined that the following four types of actions involve violations of the provisions of the negative list, including:
