The Silencio (Assembly group) continues its gastronomic and cultural residences by inviting a new headliner in Parisian cuisine to its restaurant-cinema germanopratin: the very rock'n'roll Guillaume Sanchez, starred at NESO, and known for the radical nature of its taste biases.
From July 9, and until September 19, the 30-year-old chef will be inspired by his
“great cinephile emotions”
to offer
“a complete gastronomic and cinematographic experience”
.
In practice, this will give four menus guided by four themes of the 7th art, which he himself has chosen, with ten films screened each time.

Pulp Fiction Quarter Pounder
“This project is first and foremost a meeting between film enthusiasts. We have a lot in common, the same approach, the same energy. All the films presented have marked my existence at one point. Take the black and white theme: I discovered that I liked it thanks to Stanley Kubrick's Doctor Strange Love. Obviously, it will be showing. ”
commented the cook, who used to go to the movies with his family as a child every Wednesday after school.
And to continue on the culinary aspect:
“As for the menus, they will evolve according to the themes addressed, will be inspired by an emblematic dish of the cinema, like the quarter pounder
(the royal cheese, editor's note
) from Pulp Fiction, or directly from the period recounted in the film presented. "
Several options are available: film only, film and evening, dinner alone or even a full package.
