Ginés González García returned from Spain this Monday and was

rebuked

by some passengers who shared his flight, in full air restrictions in Argentina, which allow the air entry of only 600 daily travelers.

In a video that

went viral on social networks,

the former Minister of Health is seen walking down the corridor, heading to the exit door of the aircraft operated by Air Europa.

The flight that repatriated the former minister landed at 6.53 in the morning on Monday at the Ezeiza airport.

Before leaving the plane, a couple of passengers rebuked him and

accused him of "vaccinating."

"You have to go to Venezuela on vacation, my

friend, not to Spain

," a man who was waiting for him near the stairs told him.

"Vaccine stealer!" Added a woman, referring to the VIP Vaccination scandal, which cost her her position in Health.

González García traveled to Spain on June 13 to participate in a series of conferences and talks on "Health systems in Latin America after the Covid-19 pandemic," organized by the Spanish National School of Health. During his visit, he visited University of Salamanca and the San Carlos III Health Institute.

A few days after arriving in Madrid, Ginés was surprised in a bar in the capital, with a

drink in hand

.

The moment was also recorded in a video that spread quickly and attracted strong criticism.

In addition, the former minister met in Spain with Hugo Sigman, who resides temporarily in that country.

Sigman is the owner of Insud, the pharmaceutical company that

produces part of the

AstraZeneca laboratory's

vaccine

against coronavirus.

That meeting in the lobby of a Madrid hotel was also portrayed by a tourist, who uploaded the photograph to social networks.

According to reports, Ginés and Sigman spoke about the delay in the arrival of vaccines, a problem for which the Justice investigates the emails that Carla Vizzotti and the AstraZeneca laboratory exchanged.

Sigman also expressed concern about the bad image it has in Argentina.

Ginés, one of the 600

The malaise over the return of Ginés González García was increased by the

entry quota

for Argentines into the country set by the national government.

There are 600

national citizens who can enter per day, a figure incomparable to the 18 thousand who did so before the pandemic.

In addition, the access of foreigners is still prohibited.

In this context,

the head of Migrations criticized the

former official's

trip

.

"I

am not Ginés

, I am in Migration and I have not yet been vaccinated. There are many who are managing the pandemic who do not get vaccinated and we get sick. I get tired of saying that

it is not a time to travel,

" remarked Florencia Carignano, after The video and photograph of González García will circulate in Spain.

The flight restriction is due to the concern of the Casa Rosada regarding the advance of the

Delta variant

.

In principle, it is valid until Friday, July 9.

Due to the number of flights, hundreds of Argentines are stranded abroad.

The airlines warned that the return could take up to five months.

The national government derived in each province and in the City of Buenos Aires the control of the compulsory isolation that the "privileged" who return to the country must comply with.

In this sense, in La Rosada they are

evaluating alleviating the quota

if the jurisdictions control that obligation.

In some cases, entrants cannot isolate themselves at home and must do so in selected accommodations for that mini-quarantine.

In the Province of Buenos Aires, those who have left Argentina since July 1 must comply with a mandatory four-day isolation in hotels that

they have to pay for themselves

.

As fewer incoming flights means fewer outgoing flights, there are also people

who cannot leave the country

and who, in the midst of desperation, hire private flights to neighboring countries to, from there, arrive at their chosen destination.
