The Ministry of Local Administration and Environment issued a decision to increase production bonuses for workers in public companies for internal transport, provided that the decision is implemented from the beginning of this month.
According to the decision, of which SANA received a copy, the ceilings of the monthly allowances were raised in proportion to the current circumstances and the available capabilities for all workers “drivers, technicians and administrators” in public companies for internal transport.
The decision indicated that the granting of these bonuses is carried out according to a performance appraisal system for employees on a monthly basis in light of their production, returns and behavior and according to specific criteria within the decision.
The ministry considered that the increase is a step in the context of encouraging workers and raising morale, which will positively reflect on increasing productivity, raising the level of service provided and advancing the level of the company.
