Today, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 23 new infections with the Corona virus in Syria, the recovery of 5 cases, and the death of two cases of recorded infections with the virus.
The ministry stated, in a statement that SANA received a copy of, that the number of injuries recorded in Syria has so far reached 25,735, 21,867 have been cured, and 1,893 have died.
And the first infection with the Corona virus was recorded in Syria on the twenty-second of March of last year for a person coming from outside the country, while the first death was recorded on the twenty-ninth of the same month.
