How to organize the health professions to allow them to collaborate more in order to improve the quality of care provided to the French?
This is the question answered by the MoDem deputy Cyrille Isaac-Sibille (Rhône) in an information report presented on Wednesday to the Social Affairs Committee in the Assembly, after two months of hearings.

The subject is very sensitive.
Last October, the government had to capitulate on its plan to create an intermediate health profession, halfway between the doctor (bac + 10) and the nurse (bac + 3).
The measure, carried by the LREM deputy Stéphanie Rist and supported by the Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, had been removed in the face of an outcry from caregivers.
Doctors feared that their skills would be devalued and nurses feared that they would add another layer to the health care system.
