US President Joe Biden will receive King Abdullah II of Jordan in Washington on July 19, an "
opportunity to address the many challenges facing the Middle East,
" the White House reported on Wednesday (July 7th).

The visit, which will be attended by Queen Rania and Crown Prince Hussein, "will
underline the long-standing strategic partnership between the United States and Jordan, a key ally and partner
," according to a statement.
