By projecting itself into the 2040s, the Red Team aims to shake up current strategic and tactical certainties.
After having explored the themes of piracy and amphibious spaces last year, the Red Team looked this year at two other concepts: “

massive asymmetry
”, explained the author Nicolas Minvielle. , which coordinates the reflections.
