Damascus, SANA- The citizen service centers in the governorate of Damascus provided more than 410,000 services during the first half of the new year

Citizen service centers in Damascus governorate provided more than 410,000 services during the first half of this year through their centers spread across all regions.

The director of citizen service centers in the governorate, Eng. Louay Alloush, said in a statement to SANA representative today that these services were distributed among 232,696 civil registry documents, 56,852 criminal records, 48,682 non-employees, 22,820 temporary register statements, 13,498 residential lease contracts, 4,678 urban planning data service, 2,642 administrative licensing transactions and other transactions .

Alloush pointed out that the number of transactions submitted through the electronic portal since the start of work in the electronic services center amounted to 1026 transactions, as these transactions are delivered to service applicants either at the citizen service center specified by them or through the Syrian Post Corporation to the address of their choice in Damascus.

Alloush explained that the services provided through the website of the citizen service centers include financial clearance for individuals and companies assigned to the Damascus Finance Directorate, criminal and civil records services (not convicted, individual registration, birth, marriage, death and divorce data), service (non-employee) and real estate interests from the output of real estate registration and real estate scheme And data of the area and sequence of owners and ownership, in addition to the temporary record service, which includes a statement of the sequence of owners, the output of a real estate record, a statement of ownership in the alphabetical index and a certified copy of the attachment sign contract and its attachments.

Alloush pointed out that the governorate has opened Al-Midan, Al-Qanawat, Al-Muhajireen and (Al-Sham Al-Jadida) centers after rehabilitating and expanding them to conform to the approved standards in terms of spaces, waiting halls, modern floor systems, electronic archiving offices and the services provided, noting that the Mezze and Damm Al-Balad and Qanawat and Al-Midan centers were provided with a solar energy system with the aim Securing the electric power continuously and ensuring the continuity of the centers’ work when the power is cut off

Alloush stressed that the rehabilitation and development of centers and the expansion of services provided to citizens contributed to alleviating pressure, facilitating the affairs of the auditors, accelerating the completion of their transactions and saving time and effort on them, indicating that the average daily transactions amounted to 3250 during the first half of this year, compared to 2470 transactions per day during the same period of the previous year, while the average amounted to Monthly transactions were 68,440 transactions during the first half of this year compared to 51,872 during the same period in the previous year.

Alloush pointed out that a special liaison office for the temporary registry has been established and the services (real estate registration) and (a certified copy of the reservation sign contract and its attachments from the temporary registry) have been circulated from the services of the Temporary Register Directorate to the main centers in the governorate building, old Damascus, Kafr Sousa, Mazzeh, Qanawat, Al-Midan, Al-Muhajireen, and Dummar Al-Balad and the lobby Finance and the Directorate of Implementation of Legislative Decree No. 66 and the new Levant, in addition to including a certified copy of the decision of the Dispute Resolution Committee from the Directorate of Implementation of Legislative Decree No. 66 and the service of residential lease contracts in the Citizen Service Center in Decree 66.

The 15 citizen service centers are distributed in Youssef Al-Azma Square in the governorate building, which includes the main center, in the old city of Damascus in the office of Amber, in the departments of services in Kafr Sousa, Al-Mazzeh and Al-Muhajireen in Al-Jisr Al-Abyad, Al-Sham Al-Jadida, Dummar Al-Balad, Qanawat, Al-Midan, in the lobby of the Damascus Finance Directorate, the temporary register in Al-Saba’ Bahrat, the burial office in Bab Musalla and the Directorate Implementation of Legislative Decree 66 in Mezzeh, the Electronic Services Center and the Soldiers of Al-Assad area.
