Before you pair the Apple Watch with the new iPhone, you should first create a backup.
Follow the steps below:
Update old iPhone
:
Update your old iPhone and Apple Watch.
This step can take several minutes to an hour.
Make sure both devices are charged.
Backup via iCloud:
If you use iCloud for backup, make sure that "Health" is activated.
This is the only way to secure your health and activity content.
To do this, go to “Settings”> “Your Name”> “iCloud”.
Backup of the old iPhone:
Create a backup of your old iPhone in iCloud or on the PC.
