Originally charged with 5 counts of rape
The 42-year-old defendant serving as a warehouse clerk was originally charged with 5 counts of rape, but three of them were found not guilty in the middle of the trial, and the remaining two crimes were convicted.
The charge alleges that the defendant raped the female victim X from 2018 to April 28, 2019. X was between 18 and 19 years old at the time of the crime.
The court revealed that the defendant had three marriages and had two children and one daughter. The three children are now between 3 and 23 years old.

The female victim X confessed that on the day of the first rape, she and the defendant went to her grandmother's home to get vegetables. In the process, although she tried to clamp her legs to prevent the defendant from taking off his underwear, she failed.
The defendant had threatened to beat her if she revealed the incident.
After the victim was raped, she found bloodshot eyes in her underwear. She had no sexual experience before the incident.
She did not inform her mother of the incident afterwards, because she was worried that her mother would not believe her, and she was afraid that the defendant would beat her.
The last rape incident occurred one week before X's report. The defendant repeated his old tricks and raped her at her grandmother's house. The defendant also attempted to rape her.
Acknowledge that once asked the victim to exchange 100 yuan for sexual intercourse
The defense stated that the defendant had offered to exchange 100 yuan for sexual intercourse with the victim X, and stated that the victim also agreed, but in two of the incidents, no sexual intercourse occurred and the defendant did not pay.
However, the victim demanded 1,000 yuan from the defendant and claimed that if the defendant did not pay, he would falsely accuse him of rape.
The victim admitted that the defendant had asked for 100 yuan for sexual intercourse, but she never agreed, let alone claiming money and falsely accusing the defendant.
