The climate protection activist Luisa Neubauer has sharply criticized the Union parties and the SPD for their concepts in the fight against climate change.
"The governing parties still have no viable plan of how our contribution to overcoming the climate crisis can look like," said Neubauer of the Düsseldorf "Rheinische Post" (Friday).
In the federal election campaign, the parties would obviously neglect the interests of young people.
Of course, the political ideas of an entire generation are not uniform.
"I'm pretty sure, however, that at least one of the young people's interests is to be able to live on an intact planet in the long term."
With a lack of ambition in terms of climate protection, politicians are jeopardizing the future of this generation.
Then she could fry her "hypocritical promises of intergenerational justice for breakfast".
