The Eurodrone MALE still raises questions

", she confided last week to the Association of Defense Journalists who questioned her on the progress of the Eurodrone MALE . Launched in 2015, this European medium-altitude drone project should replace the American Reaper that France currently uses in the Sahel. Germany, Italy and Spain are partners. However, the contract of 7.1 billion euros (3 billion less than the initial proposal) has still not been signed. The funding has not yet been validated by Spain. Four European manufacturers are involved in the project: Airbus Defense and Space GmbH (Germany), Dassault Aviation (France) *, Leonardo (Italy) and Airbus DS SAU (Spain).
