Through her insight and desire to prove her existence, the blind Tamara Khaled Azzam from As-Suwayda Governorate faced her difficult circumstances and turned her into a challenging stage that crowned her with success in the General Secondary Certificate for the literary branch during the current academic year with a total of grades that qualifies her to enter the specialty she desires.

Tamari, who is confident in herself and her capabilities, indicated during her interview with SANA reporter that she obtained her secondary certificate by studying at Martyr Kamal Obaid High School, with a net total of 2190 out of 2400, with scores close to the average in some subjects such as the English language in which she obtained 397 out of 400 degrees and the date is 285 Out of 300 degrees, the role of the integrated teaching staff is noted, along with the role of its people in encouraging and motivating it.

Tamari, who comes from the village of Salakhd, and who currently lives in the city of As-Suwayda, recounted how her mother used to read to her while she memorized the materials, as she reached the exams ready to be submitted, indicating that her studies were for limited hours during the school year, with more focus during the interruption period and subjecting to strengthening courses sometimes in some subjects.

Unspeakable happiness overwhelmed Tamari after the release of the results of high school, as she lives in a state of optimism and believes that we create tomorrow with science and hope to reach our goal, stressing that a person must believe in the idea that he is able to achieve what he wants in this life full of difficulties and challenges.

In front of the ambition of the young Tamara, who wants to enroll in the university, either in the Department of English, which she loves, or study psychology, because she has interest and follow-up in this field, nothing is impossible because she has previously integrated in schools with healthy students since the fourth grade and has overcome all challenges with high spirits, as I mentioned.

Excellence in the scientific field is in line with Tamara’s artistic talents, as she is an organ player. She has previously participated in many concerts at the Cultural Center in Suwayda City and the Theater of the Education Directorate under the supervision of teacher Bassim Al-Shahf.

According to Tamari's mother, Lina Azzam, her daughter is ambitious and has a great ability to memorize and comprehend, and her teachers have attested to her love of science since she was young, with a strong will and great self-confidence. And Tamari, according to the psychological counselor at the Martyr Kamal Obaid High School, Mais Mara, was a sign of her presence since she entered the school, and her companions loved her and exchanged them with love, and she proved her presence through the determination she possessed to reach success, indicating that she formed an important model for inclusion in schools.

Tamari is not the only blind person who entered life through the gate of knowledge, but she is an example with other blind students in this society that grows up with its hard-working children in various fields, whatever the circumstances.
