- Bad news shortly before the weekend: "In the Freising district, an increase in the 7-day incidence is to be expected," said Susanne Zottmann, personal assistant to the district administrator. One of the reasons for this is a wedding that was celebrated "in a neighboring district". "There eight guests from the Freising district were infected with SARS-CoV-2," reports Zottmann. Another wedding guest, also from the Freising district, had a positive quick test result.
And: “Some contacts who are in quarantine show symptoms.
For these people the test results are still pending ”.
So it will only become clear in the next few days how many wedding guests were actually infected - and how many other contact persons were infected.
The neighboring district was not disclosed.
As was unofficially learned, the wedding celebration should have taken place in the district of Erding.
