A truck driver who was carrying a cargo of Louis Vuitton bags valued at several million euros was robbed and kidnapped Thursday, July 8 in the evening between Sagy and Cergy (Val-d'Oise) by a team of criminals, according to information from the Parisian.
Three individuals, members of the community of Travelers, were arrested and placed in police custody in the premises of the DRPJ in Versailles.

It is around 8 p.m. this Thursday on a road in Sagy when the truck is caught in a pincer movement by three German brand SUVs and a tractor.
Six to eight hooded robbers, apparently armed with only a crowbar, emerged from the vehicles.
After threatening and then taking the driver of the truck in one of their cars hostage, the robbers unhitched the trailer to install it on their tractor.
They then set fire to the cab of the semi-trailer and fled via the A15 motorway.

In the process, three individuals, all already known to the police services are arrested. At the same time, another national police crew found the driver of the truck, in underwear, walking on the side of the highway, at exit 9. Thirty minutes later, it was finally the stolen trailer. which is discovered abandoned at exit 11. The damage is minimal, only one box was stolen.
