The weather in Hong Kong today is forecast to be fine and very hot during the day. The maximum temperature is about 34 degrees, with slight to moderate southeast winds.
The highest UV index today is about 12, which is extremely high.

Princess Road
From 2pm on July 10th to 6am on July 12th, Princess Margaret Road Flyover (southbound) near part of the express line from St. John’s Lane to Changxing Street and part of Princess Margaret Road (southbound) near Sheung Hing Street It will be temporarily closed and all vehicles are prohibited from entering.
Prince Edward Road East and Prince Edward Road West, Kowloon City
On July 10, 11, and 12, from 0:01 a.m. to 5:30 a.m., a section of the flyover express line connecting Prince Edward Road East (westbound) to Prince Edward Road West (westbound) will be temporarily closed.
Ma Tau Chung Road, To Kwa Wan
From 10 pm on July 10 to 8 am on July 11, the slow and central lines of Ma Tau Chung Road (eastbound) between Ma Tau Kok Road and Mok Cheong Street will be temporarily closed in phases.
Austin Road West, Tsim Sha Tsui
To cope with the construction project of the Art Plaza flyover in the West Kowloon Cultural District, the section between Nga Cheung Road (elevated section) and Lin Cheung Road from about 9 pm on July 10 to 9 am on July 11 Dian Road West (overhead section) will be temporarily closed to prohibit all vehicles from entering.
Affected vehicles travelling along Austin Road West (westbound) to the commercial and residential areas of Kowloon Station will be temporarily diverted to the roundabout, Austin Road West (eastbound), Lin Cheung Road (northbound), Jordan Road (westbound) ) And Nga Cheung Road (elevated section) (southbound); affected vehicles travelling along Austin Road West (westbound) to Mong Kok and Tai Kok Tsui must temporarily diverted to the roundabout, Austin Road West (eastbound), Lin Cheung Road (northbound) and Jordan Road (westbound).
Waterloo Road, Kowloon Tong
From 1:10 am to 5:30 am on July 11, the slip road from Lung Cheung Road westbound to Waterloo Road northbound will be temporarily closed to prohibit all vehicles from entering.
Affected motorists travelling along Lung Cheung Road westbound to Lion Rock Tunnel Highway northbound will be diverted to Longxian Road, Chuk Yuen Road southbound, Junction Road westbound and Waterloo Road northbound.
New Territories Green Minibus Route No. 501S heading towards Sheung Shui will be diverted via Lung Cheung Road westbound, Lung Kau Road and Lung Cheung Road eastbound before returning to the original route.
underwater tunnel
In order to cope with the pavement works, on July 11 and July 25, 2021 from 1:00 am to 7:00 am, the Cross-Harbour Tunnel will be closed to Hong Kong and all vehicles will be prohibited from entering, while the Cross-Harbour Tunnel will head to Kowloon. The pipeline will implement single-tube two-way driving.
