Martín López (74) lived a few meters from the Morón Women's Police Station and there, at his home, he was murdered: they found him
burned, beaten, tied up and with signs of having been strangled

The body was found by a friend who came to visit him on Saturday.
He had been dead for 48 hours.

López's crime was discovered on Saturday by
a friend who went to visit him
at his house of Mayor Norberto García Silva y San Martín, located in the center of Morón and meters from the Women's Police Station.
The victim's friend found the door to López's house
open
and entered the property.
He found the body of the retiree in the bedroom, which is located upstairs.
The crime was at the intersection of Intendente Norberto García Silva and San Martín, in the center of Morón.
According to the sources, López's body was lying on his back on his bed, half naked: he had been
tied hand and foot with

sheets
.
Faced with this situation, López's friend called 911 immediately and it was the police from the 1st Police Station in Morón who arrived at the scene and found that the retiree was dead.

burns
in the genital area, the sources added.

several security cameras in
the surroundings of Intendente Norberto García Silva and San Martín and also of the buildings adjacent to the victim's home

"All the expert work and fingerprints, as well as interviews with relatives, are being carried out to find out if it was a homicide during an occasional sexual encounter," the sources added.
