Everyone can take part in this campaign.

Nuremberg - On the occasion of the 550th birthday of the artist Albrecht Dürer, Martin Droschke and Oliver Heß from the Coburg art label “Die Verwertungsgesellschaft” are organizing an exhibition, according to a press release from the Nuremberg City Hall.

The whole thing is offered as an interactive art exhibition, with a particular focus on the artist's “lost” works.

The location of the exhibition is the Albrecht-Dürer-Haus at Albrecht-Dürer-Straße 39. Interested parties and art lovers can visit the exhibition free of charge on Sunday (July 18) between 12 noon and 5 pm.

Nuremberg: Creative exhibition for Albrecht Dürer for his 550th birthday

Albrecht Dürer is considered the son of the city, but only a few works by him can be found there today.

Many of the important works of art are distributed in Munich or even worldwide.

So he got lost a little in Nuremberg, which is why the exhibition that is now taking place should encourage visitors to look at his works.

Museum guests and visitors are invited to write their names with letter noodles and then fill them into a matchbox provided with a promotional band.

This active participation and action should then be carried for a few days in your pocket or generally on you.

Since the boxes are not completely sealed, some letters will gradually fall out and Albrecht Dürer will "get lost" again.

The aim of the organizers is to empathize with the loss of the works themselves and to be able to process it.
