Nicolás Trotta: 'The vaccination of students will allow us to regain absolute presence in 2022'

The Minister of Education of the Nation, Nicolás Trotta, assured that the objective of the Government is to advance in a vaccination campaign for students of the different levels to be able to regain absolute presence

during the school year next year.

"The vaccination of students is the subsequent factor that will allow us to have the expectation, as we do, to

regain absolute presence during 2022,

" he said in dialogue with El Uncover.

Along these lines, he also put his expectation on having a

"very robust presence"

after the winter break, in August, "as long as the epidemiological health variables are sustained."

However, the official said that the vaccination process for adolescents and children should have the prior step of the approval of the ANMAT of the different vaccines to "strengthen the presence in the classrooms."

In addition, he stressed that progress has been made in the inoculation of teachers and that a significant percentage already have second doses.

"The projection of vaccination of children and adolescents is the expectation that our educational system has for the last few months," Minister Trotta said.
