The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) will launch an 8-month "On-Study • On-the-job Program" in the new academic year. Chen Jinliang, Executive Vice President of CUHK, pointed out that the "On-Study and On-the-job Program" is different from general internship or learning experience programs, and it is more comprehensive regardless of time and requirements.

Associate Chen also compared the internships in the workshops. The requirements of the students in this position are the same as those of other colleagues, and they will not be different due to the status of the intern.

When asked how to determine the salary level, Deputy School Chen explained that because the responsibilities of the participants are the same as those of their colleagues, there will be no difference in salary, starting from HK$6000 and equal pay for equal work.

At present, 75 companies have participated in the plan, including business partners in different fields such as medical, technology, telecommunications, finance, testing, verification and public utilities, such as Bank of China, AIA, and Pacific Coffee.

Professor Li emphasized that the number of cooperative companies will not stop. The Congress continues to invite companies from all walks of life to participate in the program, "to work together to make our students, universities, cooperative companies, and Hong Kong better."
