The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) ordered this Monday the
auction
of more than 100 electronic products that were seized by the Customs of Corrientes.
The public auction will be held electronically on
July 29
starting at 12 through the
Banco Ciudad website
and those who wish to participate in it must
register
in
advance
on the site.
The auction, as explained in provision 24/2021 published this Monday in the Official Gazette, will contribute to "decongesting deposits, safeguarding tax income and reducing storage costs."

Products that are purchased must be picked up at Av. Juan Torres de Vera Y Aragón 1147, in the city of Corrientes.
The AFIP authorized the sale of the merchandise, "in the state in which they are and exhibited" under the modality of public auction through Banco Ciudad.
The Customs Code establishes that some products that remain in the custody of Customs must be traded at auctions or auctions.
In this case, these objects are in a
situation of abandonment
in the different Customs terminals.

and in the published sales catalog.
In addition, the page allows inquiries regarding the goods to be auctioned.
Who can participate in the auction?
In this case, as it is an
electronic modality
, all persons of legal age can participate anywhere in the country.
For this, the
registration
must be made
at least 48 hours in advance
and comply with the conditions provided.
It is advisable to take into account the place where the goods are located in the auction web publication, since they must be collected at Customs where they are housed.
In no case does the General Directorate of Customs send the goods acquired in public auctions, whatever their modality.

How to do to participate in the auction?
To be able to participate in Banco Ciudad's online auctions, you must register and then choose the auction in which you want to participate (each one has its own particular terms and conditions of sale).
It is necessary to attach a voucher with a minimum required security: for the automatic bid option, for example, you must deposit 50% of the amount you are willing to bid.
