The workers of the Public Establishment for Drinking Water in Idlib governorate started working at the Establishment’s temporary headquarters in Khan Sheikhoun to serve the people returning to their homes in the countryside liberated from terrorism.
The director of the foundation, Engineer Muhammad Ajami, explained to SANA reporter that the temporary headquarters in Khan Sheikhoun was recently completed completely, in cooperation with one of the international organizations working in Syria, indicating that the headquarters includes five rooms on the first floor and the same on the second floor, in addition to a maintenance room, and it is equipped with all Office and mechanical equipment.
He pointed out that the task of the Foundation's employees will be to monitor and analyze water quality in Hama laboratories, pointing out that there are currently 13 water wells in the liberated countryside, including four wells in Khan Sheikhoun to serve the people of the city.
Al-Ajmi pointed to the rehabilitation of wells in various villages and towns of the liberated countryside to ensure pumping water and facilitate the return of the displaced people, indicating the completion of a study to operate one of the wells in the town of Al-Tah on alternative energy.
